Terms & Conditions and Offers


Any Offers that Elite Events Styling NI Limited have running are subject to terms and conditions which can be found below.

Discounts will be given to packages booked above £850.

Travel costs to apply for discounts.


RENTAL AGREEMENT Please check that all details on the booking invoice are correct, Names, Event date and Name of Venue.

Please read the terms and conditions below regarding your Rental Agreement. By paying your deposit you are agreeing with the terms and conditions below.


1. Deposits.

*A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, (package deposits are non-transferable) and cancelled items may endure a cancellation fee, all deposits should be paid within 5 days of receiving your booking invoice* Your booking will only be secured, once the deposit has been paid.

Elite Events Ni, Elite Events Styling NI Limited  have the right to cancel any booking that a deposit has not been paid.

Balance is then due in full 4 weeks prior to date of event, unless otherwise arranged with Elite Events, Elite Events Styling NI Limited.

2. Renter’s Use of Rental Products

Renter agrees to use all rental Products in a careful and proper manner. Renter assumes full responsibility for the care of the rented Product(s) from the time the Product(s) are delivered to the event venue specified in this document until the time the Product(s) is collected from the venue by a designated agent of Elite Events Styling NI Limited. Elite Events NI.

3. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Products

Renter agrees to full financial responsibility should the rental Product(s) and/or any of the components, parts or supplies be stolen, lost, or damaged, or altered in any way, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes only minor (removable) stains, minor (mendable) rips/tears, or other similar minor damage.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation of any part of your confirmed order within 24 weeks off your Event date will still be charged in full.

Cancellation of any products booked will endure a cancellation fee as the product(s) have been held for your date only.

All refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of Elite Events NI, Elite Events Styling NI Limited. Cancellations of any package will lose your package discount, and a charge may apply.

5. Adding additional items to your existing booking.

Please note that additional items added to an existing booking will be subject to a further non-refundable deposit charge.

*When paying by Bank Transfer, please put your Booking ID as appears on the top of your booking invoice as your ref* and send us an email of payment made, we can then email your updated receipt.


Good Order and Nuisance (photobooth & selfie mirrors )

The Customer shall be required to keep all guests under a reasonable level of control. This obligation shall extend to general behaviour towards our staff and products in use.  This obligation shall also apply to other individuals such as performers hired by the Customer that are not under the control the responsibility of the Elite Events Styling Ni Limited.


Elite Events Styling NI Limited  shall be entitled to terminate the Hire Agreement with no refund of the booking fee in the event that the Customer is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
